Hi all. I recently purchased a refurbished Strafe keyboard through Amazon and have been thoroughly enjoying it as my first mechanical keyboard - when it works. After a few hours it will randomly disconnect and not reconnect unless I unplug it for a moment.
Things I've tried:
I've downloaded and installed the latest iCue and firmware for the keyboard. Plugged into different USB2.0 and 3.0 ports that work correctly for other devices. Unplug other USB-connected devices. Remove device connected to the USB passthrough on the keyboard.
