Hello, Same issue here. Error message: No device detected! Please connect a device. trying to connect a Harpoon RGB wired. Mac OS 10.14.5 have downloaded + reinstalled the icue 3.15.101 + updated and plugged mouse in all ports and restarted computer a few times any other suggestions)?
