    I've tried the soft reset, but the problem is still here, so i'm good to try the hard reset. However after the soft reset my keyboard was typing / * - + by itself then stopped to do so. Thanks for the help C-attack.

    Okay thanks, i'll check that when i'll be home tonight.

    I've just installed the 3.21 and the problem is still here, my keys still don't respond.

    Thanks for your answer, i've cleared all the actions, but the problem hasn't been fixed, i'm going to try to install the 3.21 frimware.

    Hi, I've bought a K70 RBG MK2 in april 2019 and since 1 month my F1 key, my num lock key and / * - + Enter keys (the ones on the keypad) don't respond anymore, i've tried to reset my keyboard and updated the firmware, they still don't work anymore, i haven't changed anything before that, however i've noticed that my keyboard sometimes light up by itself when my computer is off. Anything i could try to fix that ?
