Please add per key customisation lighting, PLEASE! I (mistakenly) thought the K63 keyboard had this feature. This type of feature is a must for gaming. Don't get me wrong, I love the K63 . . but I would love it MUCH MORE if I could illuminate individual keys. A company that listens to its customers and makes changes accordingly is a company that I would recommend to others! :biggrin:

So I had exactly the same issue. (power on keyboard low . . plugged in to USB to charge for hours and hours . . then when unplugged from USB got a red light "low power warning" I followed the advice given here . . 1) Turned Keyboard off 2) Made sure USB cable was unplugged from keyboard) *** 3) Whilst holding down ESC, turn keyboard on 4) Wait a second (I waited 5 seconds) then release ESC key Result: Red warning light turned White. iCUE reports "High" charge (** for me, the cable HAD to be unplugged from keyboard for this to work) Thanks all.
