  1. Nope. Corsair refuses to answer my ticket, and as you can see from the thread the support is extremely lacking.. 😐 Corsair used to have amazing CS, so it's pretty upsetting that I can't even get a response at all. It's now been 16 days.
  2. ... is support non existent to the forums, or tickets? 😐
  3. yet another bump. going on the 9th day without any response from Corsair.
  4. bump. There is still no response from Corsair. Am I really just boned on getting any support here? There is nothing that can be done for this situation?
  5. Well, I've reached out to Corsair CS and havent received any responses. Anyone from the community have any support advice? Would love for the headset to stop turning the mic on and off whenever I move my head... The audio it plays drives me batty, and it makes trying to talk on Discord extremely difficult.
  6. I've had this headset for somewhere between under a year, to a potentially a little over a year. It was a gift, and I'm not sure when it was really purchased. Out of the box, the headset has always had weird problems disconnecting, or the Audio gets beyond distoredwhere I need to pop out the dongle and plug it back in. No problem. \ More recently though, whenever I move my head around: "Mic on" "Mic Off" "Mic on" "Mic Off" "Mic on" "Mic Off" "Mic on" "Mic Off" "Mic on" "Mic Off" "Mic on" "Mic Off" "Mic on" "Mic Off" "Mic on" "Mic Off" "Mic on" "Mic Off" . It is so beyond frustrating, annoying, and drives me absolutely crazy. I've reinstalled iCue, updated iCue, removed the mic and plugged it back in, did a reset of the mic by holding the mute down for 20 seconds. What can I do to stop this nonsense, how do we fix it? A bonus would be a resolution to the other two problems I have with this headset as well. Anyone have a similar experience with any potential solutions, or is my headset just broken? :/
