  1. I've had my Ironclaw wireless rgb for little over a month now. What black magic do I have to perform to make it work in wired mode? When it is in wireless mode it works fine, the second I plug it in, no response. it basically stops working completely on my system. The mouse and dongle are completely updated. I have similar issues with my Virtuoso SE headset. When I switch to wired mode from wireless, poof, stops playing audio. So far not very impressed with slipstream. My void pro's never had any issues connecting and the range and signal was significantly better. Why is it so difficult to charge a device and use it at the same time?
  2. A couple weird things I've noticed so far. - Virtuoso SE freezes peripheral controls when switching from wireless to USB mode - With standby enabled, headset turns off when in gaming applications, (so far tested in Dark Souls III, Dead Cells, Divinity II Original Sin) - Switching modes while in game applications (USB to Wireless and vice versa) completely kills sound in the application. Have to restart application in order to get the sound back. - External port on the Corsair K70 M2 Keyboard briefly couldn't identify both USB cable into PC and Dongle plugged into cable at the same time. At any given time, I have no idea how wireless and USB mode will interact. I feel like this needs to be addressed and made significantly more seamless. So far it's day two, I remember some big issues with the void headset when it was released. Hopefully this will be addressed sooner than later.
  3. I also am waiting for a fix for this. A new firmware version needs to be released to make sure that iCUE and the VOID wireless headset work as expected. This problem has persisted the majority of the time I have owned this headset. As it stands, it's pretty invasive for gaming because instead a single button click you need to also hold down the unmute button twice. It makes a one second task last for five seconds. In FPS gaming timelines that's an eternity. In software bug patch timelines this problem has also lasted an eternity.
  4. I am having a similar issue. The only workaround I've found is to hold the mic mute button until the sidetone returns. It's better in game than having to pull up the CUE
