  1. Try setting it to this. Let me know if it works for your purpose. Do note that it seems the limit is 100 seconds, but I bet you can add more delays.
  2. System Specs for your new build? And have you gone through Windows updates and updating GPU drivers?
  3. I'm sorry, it's not too clear for me. But in the Advanced Settings of the macro, you can find repeat options. I think if you need it to stop, you can set it to Repeat While Pressed.
  4. I think you should fully uninstall Link and CUE 2.24.50, restart your pc, and then install the latest iCUE from Corsair's website.
  5. Do you have any other RGB devices in your iCUE system? Do they have this issue? If you restart iCUE, do they start working temporarily again?
  6. I think the profile will have to be re-made or adjusted. If you change your Fan Setup for your Commander Pro in that profile, do the effects show up for other fans?
  7. No, please don't misconstrue this with the other issue. The other issue with Platinum coolers is related to some software or firmware issue.
  8. 1. This is a Google Chrome change. Go to "chrome://flags/" in your URL, search for "Hardware Media Key Handling" and disable. That should fix it. 2. A random error you got there. Either restart iCUE or replug the device. and that should be ok.
  9. I believe a Corsair Rep has stated that the software team is aware of the request for this effect and will look into adding it into iCUE.
  10. Is your keyboard still able to type when it "stops working"? I'm assuming iCUE does not see your device at all, so can you try fully uninstalling iCUE and then reinstall?
  11. After this issue occurs, can you go to your options in iCUE and click the button near where it says "Export System Info and logs". Could you upload that file here?
  12. I recommend getting a different one and see if it is still and issue. Either that, or customer support.
  13. The two different connections: 2.4 has a higher polling rate and is better for gaming (Up to 1ms), Bluetooth is compatible with other devices, and does not require using the wireless receiver to connect as Bluetooth is built into certain devices. Bluetooth polls slower though, about 8ms.
  14. Are you using iCUE 3.4.95 at the moment? I would also try to check if your BIOS and USB Drivers are up to date.
  15. Sorry, but for now I think you just have to turn it off :\
  16. You're description is lacking in detail, so sorry I'm not sure what's exactly happening. Your computer doesn't boot properly when K55 is plugged in? For a start, try updating Windows, USB drivers.
  17. The Corsair team will be looking into it. Since it wasn't an issue in CUE 2, it was probably fixed there and just needs to be redone in iCUE.
  18. Yes adding more ability to customize the Dashboard and Space in particular is something they want to do, and I'm sure you'll hear about it in patch notes when it does come. Not sure if it'll be soon though :\
  19. Did setting it to the higher or lower settings do anything for you?
  20. In CUE, under Performance for the mouse, there is an option called Button Click Optimization. Turning that on can help.
  21. To reset the hardware profiles on the K95, unplug both cables and hold the Escape key while plugging in the keyboard. Keep it held for a couple seconds before lifting, and having CUE closed while this is going on can help. Once your keyboard starts showing rainbow again, or after 30 seconds if it doesn't replug.
  22. When you save to the device memory, it is a profile that will play when CUE is off. So close CUE, and use the profile switch button on the mouse to find the one you created. There are 3 memory slots on the Scimitar Pro for profiles.
