  1. Sorry I’ve been away. Thanks for your time answering this. Cheers.
  2. Hi. I'm not very good with this software, to be honest I find it over complicated. My objective is to disable the caps-lock key with an action in a profile. I am obviously going about this the wrong way, that is my noobiness showing. When trying to add the action disable, I get the error at the bottom of iCue "Hardware profiles do not support actions of this type" Corsair k95 Platinum iCue ver 3.24.52 Pointing me in the right direction would be helpful and appreciated, thanks.
  3. iCUE wont detect the K55 pro. I've had to turn the lights off in fear of the keyboard quite seriously bringing on a seizure due to epilepsy. I bought this because the K95 I bought is useless with its repeating keys. I bought this because it is listed as being configurable in iCUE , it isn't because it can't be detected. None of the things I've read work Quit iCUE disconnect change USB then connect. Hold FN+F4 up to 5s until lights blink Hold F1 and Windows Lock Key but it never stops blinking... if i´m holding. Anyone have any other ideas?
  4. Hi, Sorry I thought I'd get an email for replies. I will look into you suggestions, thank you
  5. The cap is positionned correctly. Apart from the repeating keys, everything else is fine with this keyboard.
  6. Firstly, I don't unnnderstand how you'll post in Keyboards & Mice, the option to start a topic inn there wasnn't available to me. Maybe a mod can move this? Sorry. (I'm not correctinng the spelling for the purpose of this post. It's annnnoyinng isn't it!) I have a Corsair k95 keyboard. I am desperately trying to find the receipt and remember where I bought it from. Normally I wouldd just loginn to a company annd see my registration but for God knnows why, Corsair don't have a registration system. I am 80% certainn it's less than 2 years old. But If I fail, is there a solution to fixing this? It's a paperweight to me ATM. I don't have time to be correctinng stuff as I am connnstantly in conversation and meetings. I have 20yo keyboards that still work. This is unimpressive, especially for what I paid for it. Firmware v. 3.29.32 Repeating key is the "N" key. Here is a test for the purpose of showinng the issue. The "N" key followed by a new line [Ennter] n nn n n nnn n nn n n n nnnnn n nnn nn n n nnn n n nnn nnn nn n nnnn What is the fix for this, Please?
