  1. Hi! What mouse and keyboard are you using? Does this happen in games or just general browsing?
  2. Sorry to hear that. I've had this issue with my mouse once, I used condensed air and sprayed the laser underneath just to see, and it worked! Try that but if not it may be faulty and you would need to make a support ticket to RMA the unit.
  3. Agreed. Try doing a force firmware update. If you still have the same issue make a support ticket, they'll try a hard reset first and if not they'll provide instructions to RMA the unit if necessary.
  4. Hi guys, I've brought this up a while back with our validations team to see if they have seen this issue with our testing in house. Unfortunately they haven't. If you haven't please make a support ticket so they can request for system information to help find a solution. If we can't replicate the issue we don't have a way to fix it sadly.
  5. Sorry guys, the support team just went through a complete system change on the back end of things and that has put them in a heavy backlog.   6. We didn't make a chance in clearance from the original K70 to the Mk2. It could be a slightly looser keycap which you can request for a replacement from our customer service team. We also just changed our support page so you might have not been able to see it a few days ago. You can find it here: help.corsair.com
  7. Might be a driver issue. ICue needs to drop and reconnect the device very briefly and we notice older USB drivers would not detect a reconnect that fast sometimes.
  8. Can you make support ticket for this? I'd like our technical support team to look into this. I have not see this happen before to be honest.
  9. Hi guys, A few things to try: 1. Make sure you have the latest chipset and USB drivers installed from your motherboard manufacture. 2. Try a different USB port on a different stack 3. RMA the unit to see if you have this issue with a replacement

  11. Thanks for your feedback! To kind of follow in what Henry stated before, it's a long shot still. While we know people have interest, it's not enough demand in the general market for these kinds of keyboards.
  12. If you haven't, please make a support ticket and our technical support team can help you out further. I use the Iron Claw as my main at home and have not had any issues. Usually our technical support team will have to dig a bit deeper with you to see what could cause this issue.
  13. Have you made a support ticket to have our technical support team assist you further? I haven't had an issue on mine with this so I recommend them helping you out.
  14. Have you made a support ticket regarding this issue? I'm surprised you would have this issue on 3 different mice and on different systems. The only thing I could think of is if you have other wireless device near by or a wireless router that is kicking the harpoon out of its channel.
  15. Hi, The M65 Elite has hardware profiles where you can save all those settings and lighting effects as well! As auzzyboy said, the sniper button is moved forward, which I highly prefer to be honest. I use this mouse on my main and at work, also got a few for friends and family and they love it. I'm not sure how much you used the sniper button but I didn't like how it was always under my thumb, the position of it now is much nicer and not too hard to reach.

Just an FYI for everyone, we definitely wanted to get a fix for this issue out as soon as we could for everyone but since it was released a bit faster than usually we are a bit behind on getting the patch notes out you guys but we're working on getting that out! 3.15.101 should be available for download on our website soon as well. If you are currently running iCUE, if you check for an update it should be available there as well. Anyone having the disconnect issue still please PM me so I can get more system info to pass to our dev teams!
  18. Do you have a ticket created for this issue? It might have a defective LED preventing it from allowing white as a color. PM me your ticket number so I can update the Technical Support Team with what may be the issue and they can help you further.
  19. Hi everyone! I just want to try and help clarify some of the questions here. Firstly iCUE 3.15.101 can only be updated using iCUE and not on our website for download as of yet. We have had a lot of feedback and wanted to get a fix for the disconnection issue with Platinum coolers released. It will be available for download soon as well. As for patch notes we have generally posted them on our forums. This is something we have gotten a lot of requests for and I have talked to our teams here and it's in the works to have it prompted in iCUE in a future version. Since we pushed for 3.15.101 to be released sooner than usual, we are a bit behind on getting the patch notes out you guys but we're working on getting that out! The CPU usage for software control was not resolved in this version but it is being worked on for a near future version of iCUE. For those with the option "Play on pressed key" not working, I've reported this, so we can look into what's going on. If you are still having a disconnect issue with your Platinum cooler please PM me as we would need more system information to see what’s going on! Thanks for everyone’s patience!
  20. All our keyboards have a BIOS mode for older systems. Depending on what keyboard you have it will either have a polling switch near the cable on the top or you hold F1+Winlock for 10 seconds and let go. THe Scroll lock indicator will blink when it's in BIOS mode.
  21. Honestly, I'm not a fan or red or speeds either and I've brought this up many times before. It might be possible if the low profile design is popular enough for them to warrant other switch options for it. But trust me, we have people here that prefer brown or blue switches but we are definitely the minority.
  22. Try a different USB port on a different stack. If you don't have disconnection issues when iCUE is closed it might be a bandwidth issue with the usb port.
  23. Can you trying changing the polling rate on the mouse to see if you still have the same issue? If you do what about if you completely exit out of iCUE does it still randomly disconnect?
  24. From that screen shot it doesn't look like you have a static lighting effect enabled? You need to make sure you have it the lighting enabled first and set on that profile and then save to device.
  25. Thanks for your feedback! I can agree with you it is nice to have the left and right on the middle click having used a G600 MMO once before...It's something we've even brought up in house already but I'm always willing to let them know when people also ask for or show interest for certain designs and features.
