I am also experiencing the same problem, when I go to change my fan speeds on the H100I Elite Capellix the fan speeds do not change, with the same problem when clicking to another tab inside the iCUE software and back to cooling it resets the settings I chose back to quiet running again... I only have the two fans on the radiator connected to the commander unit.

For some reason all of a sudden, no matter what settings I use in the ICUE software, the fan speeds will not hold the change, when I select the fans to go on Balanced or Extreme settings, the fans speeds do not change. I went as far as to set a custom settings just simply setting the fans to run 100% just to see if the fans would actually change speed, and they do, they'll run at 100% for about 7 or 8 seconds before RPM'ing back down to 1100 instead of the 2600RPM's their rated for. The pump seems okay its just the fans. When I close ICUE software, the fans and the AIO will run what it needs to when it gets warm on default. It's just for some reason when I select anything in ICUE, it just doesn't change. I tried running the program as admin of course, did nothing. If anyone has any suggestions, or has come across this issue in the past, any help would be greatfull thanks.
