  1. Thanks for taking timùe to answer me. I followed your direction and simply recreate some profile then saved it. Thanks again for your help.
  2. Thanks for your answer. Imagine I uninstall iCue, I will still have the "static" profile on my keyboard. I can't erase it? Or transfer it? Or overwrite it? Thanks for the tip of Windows, but it's a new HDD, so i haven"t my previous install.
  3. Hello evryone, I have a K95 Lux RGB keyboard with iCue (latest version). I reinstall recently Windows 10 (it's important). I didn't backup any profile from my previouis Win install. I have only 1 profiles right now: the default one, the one everyone have when they install iCue, the rainbow waving stuff). My old static (and customize) profile doesn't appear at all in the profile list BUT when I close iCue, it launches. I assume it's on hardware memory. Question: how to export the hardware profile? and import it in icue? thanks for your help, and take care
  4. Update: my bad, it's micro-usb cable in the box, not mini! (and I ordered a mini-usb cable, I'm tired and need some holidays!) My set up will be done tonight I hope.
  5. My cable length is between 20 and 30 cm. But it’s a usb 3.0 I guess to mini usb. Can’t wait to try!
  6. Sorry, It's possible I misunderstood your reply cause you already told me you've done this way (mini-usb to USB at the rear). I will try by the end of the week. :) Thanks for your help.
  7. Thanks for your answer. I appreciate. But why not directly a mini-usb from pump to usb in the rear of the mobo?
  8. Good question. I think you’re right. It’s mini usb. It’s a h115i rgb platinum. Thanks for your answer!
  9. Really? I’ve read yesterday that some people were complaining about this simple solution. Everything is working fine? Fans? Icue software too? No offense, I trust you and I’m happy with your answer, but if someone can confirm it, it would be great! Because it’s a 300€ answer for me if it works!
  10. Hello, I really need your help today. Just bought a Corsair Hydro H115i. When trying to plug the “micro-usb to usb 9 pin male” in the pump, I realized that my ITX motherboard didn’t have any USB 2.0 (9 pin female). So basically, I can’t use it properly. I digged some solutions, but not sure if it can works. 1: use a micro-usb to usb and plug the usb part in the back of my motherboard, like I plug my mouse for example. Will it works? 2: using a “20 pin blue front panel connector to 9 pin male usb 2.0” adaptatif? Honestly, I’m lost. I really need help in this one. Hope some of you had this issue by the last and know how to solve my problem. Have a nice day!
