  1. The Vengeance LPX and LED listings you posted should work just fine. Ryzen can push up to 3200MHz DDR4 depending on the config. 3000MHz seems to be fairly easy to get to on most boards with a two up module config, 2666MHz is going to be safest of course. It's up to you if you want LED lighting, or want to save a few bucks and go for the LPX model.
  2. I wouldn't recommend going in and unplugging the front LEDs, you can however set the front LEDs to a dim, but not completely off setting. Not ideal, I know, but they shouldn't flicker at that point. I've reached out to our dev team to see if they're able to recreate it on their end.
  3. Have you updated to the latest version of Corsair LINK for the Corsair ONE? Direct download link: http://downloads.corsair.com/download?item=Files/Corsair-One/CorsairOne_CorsairLink_02282018.zip
  4. Intel Z370 supports up to 4 physical DIMM slots on larger boards, but the m-ITX board in CORSAIR ONE cuts that down to just 2 physical slots. The phantom slots reported are likely a minor oversight in the diagnostic software. To get 32GB in CORSAIR ONE, you'll want to find 2x16GB modules Here is a selection of kits that would physically fit in the CORSAIR ONE. They have not been validated to work with CORSAIR ONE specifically, but should work as a drop in upgrade since we're still talking about memory that'd be used with a Z370 board and i7-8700K at the end of the day. http://www.corsair.com/en-us/memory/vengeance-lpx-series?color=Black|&memorysize=32GB%20Kit%20(2%20x%2016GB)|
  5. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?p=939440#post939440 Programming individual key lighting is not something we had planned for the K63 wireless. That being said... we're currently looking into similar functionality for future firmware/software releases as a customization option in CUE due to the feedback we've received so far.
  6. Our dev team is investigating the cause behind these crashes that some of our users have been experiencing with the most recent update to CUE. Here are some instructions for a workaround that should get most of you up and running again: Open up File Explorer and go to %APPDATA% Locate the Corsair folder and rename it to Corsair.OLD (or simply delete the folder) Start CUE and it'll recreate the folder If these instructions do not work in your case, please contact our support team at support.corsair.com, use the search feature of the forum to see other workarounds, OR create a thread and ask us/the community for help.
  7. There will be changes, obviously. Can't confirm anything at this time though.
  8. I can see this being achieved through our CUE SDK. A community dev could write an application that talks to smart lights and our peripherals to enable this sort of functionality. We'd just be missing the component side which is currently handled by CL4.
  9. Not that I'm aware of. You'll need to source your own riser cable and installation hardware.
  10. You would need 2 thumbscrews and a riser cable.
  11. Agreed. I believe the idea behind it being executed this way was to have it easily tie into the onboard RGB button controls on the front IO. I have a few workarounds in mind to make the setup tidier if you want to use fans other than SP RGB and will report back after I've tracked down a 570X Mirror Black to experiment on. :)
  12. The case logo PCB plugs into the 6-port LED hub. Wiring directly into a LNP will require a DIY solution, but in theory should be doable if you want to avoid having a total of 3 fan LED hubs (the logo LEDs are treated as a single SP RGB fan).
  13. The USB Type-C I/O upgrade kit is currently available. Same with the PSU shroud cover plate. The mirrored glass panels and screws with the new head style should be available as spare parts in the near future. The new RGB bits (front logo, PSU shroud logo) might be available eventually, but I have no word on that so no guarantees that'll happen Oooo that'd look really nice. It's always possible. If the mirror panels become available as a spare part, you could just throw it on the standard 570X white and install the silver anodized screw set.
  14. I'll try to answer in order: It's easy to see in once the system is on and internal lights are going. Yes, you can use the normal tempered glass panel from an OG 570X. The screw heads are different, but they are the same length and thread. Also, you can use the different color screw sets for the 570X with the Mirror Black version. The specs appear to have a typo, it should have: 3-button RGB controller, USB 3.0 port (1), USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C, Headphone and Mic, Power on.
  15. The 570X Mirror Black incorporates feedback we've received since the 570X originally launched. Cable management grommet on the PSU shroud. Inclusion of the PSU shroud cover plate to cap off the end of the PSU shroud. (Which has been released as a separate accessory for those who want it) RGB-lit front sails logo and PSU shroud logo. True USB 3.1 Type-C Gen2 support. Cutouts for mounting a video card vertically. The mirrored panels are also super nice. :)
  16. No LED strips. Ports 1-3 go to the included SP RGB fans, port 4 goes to the PCB for the front panel CORSAIR SAILS and PSU Shroud's CORSAIR logo. The case LEDs are treated as additional SP RGB fans (which is why the SP RGB 3-button controller is included with the case for basic control via the front panel). If you were to swap out the SP RGB controller for a LNP or CLCP, you'd have to have one channel set to SP RGB for the case lighting and included SP RGB fans. If you upgrade from SP RGB fans, you'll need to use a second channel.
  17. Dominator Airflow LED (with the old logo) will not work with the Lighting Node PRO or Commander PRO. The type of LED used is not supported by the newer products due to the power requirements and protocol it uses. If you want the Dominator Airflow LED to work you'll have to look at the older Lighting Node and Commander Mini or more of a DIY solution (which would likely void your warranty).
  18. Great suggestion and excellent work Zotty. Pinned to serve as a reference. If anyone needs help, please create a new thread with any questions.
  19. The Lighting Node PRO should have come with two of those cables. Also, the hub is sold as a spare part for our cases that came with RGB fans (which would have a controller included with the case that'd plug directly into the hub). I'll suggest the the cable be added to the hub in the future (or that we change the info on the product page for the hub to mention that the cable to connect to Commander PRO/Lighting Node PRO is not included), but again you should have the cables you need to get going already... Contact our customer support team and tell them you need just that cable and they might be able to help out in this situation. Edit: It seems you got the Lighting Node PRO from the LL RGB fan kit, I'll need to verify the contents of that kit, I was under the assumption you bought the Lighting Node PRO standalone (the kit that comes with the LED strips and not LL fans). My apologies. I've reached out to our product teams to see if we can offer the cable as a separate part on our website in the future. It was definitely not the intent to have users purchase another full RGB kit (fan kit or LED strip kit) just for a single cable.
  20. The cable comes with the Lighting Node PRO and is mentioned in the quick start guide for that product. http://www.corsair.com/~/media/corsair/download-files/manuals/link/lightingnodepro_install_guide.pdf Relevant installation instructions are on page 5 "4. OPTIONAL: Plug the HD RGB LED cable into an available LED header to connect an HD RGB LED hub (sold separately)."
  21. I unfortunately don't have a pic like the one I have for the 750D kit. I do have a 570X kit at my desk though. As far as USB connections, the kit features the USB 3.1 Type-C connector and a USB 3.0 connector. There is no USB 2.0 connector since there are no USB 2.0 ports.
  22. I've been playing a lot of Destiny 2 recently on PC. Who else is on the Destiny bandwagon? :D
  23. Hassan and the rest of the V1 Tech crew do awesome work. Definitely post photos once you get yours all set up! :)
  24. Hi all, We're pleased to announce that we'll have USB 3.1 Type-C upgrade kits available for the immensely popular Crystal Series 570X and Obsidian Series 750D very soon! These kits add a USB 3.1 Type-C port on your chassis' front I/O and plug into the USB 3.1 Type-C motherboard front panel header that have started to appear on some motherboards. Both kits are priced at USD $19.99 and will be available on our webstore. 25. Hi all, As has been requested by the members of the forum. I've put together a quick how-to for downgrading the firmware of both the Lighting Node PRO and Commander PRO. This is intended as a workaround for those experiencing issues with the current firmware as well as for those that want to keep the hardware playback functionality for lighting effects on either device. The software method (uses Corsair LINK 4.9): Why do we have to use CL4.9 for this? CL4.9 introduced a new feature that allows you to force update a device such as the LNP or CLCP from a local file rather than from our update server. So someone wanting to downgrade the firmware and rollback CL4 from 4.9 to 4.8 or 4.7 would have to do the following: In 4.9, force update the LNP/CLCP with the file for the previous firmware version (using the update from local file option). Go to "Devices" and begin the update process using a local file instead of updating from our server. Wait for the flash to complete before doing anything else. Ignore the "Update available" notification. Then downgrade CL4 from 4.9 to 4.8 or 4.7 and ignore update prompts for software/firmware until further notice. Zipped archives of LNP firmware 0.4.94 and CLCP 0.2.136 have been attached to this post.
