Installation seemed fine and without errors, also Ive never used the reliability monitor but looking now tons of app crashes on icue. (no system crashes though)

Re did it all the same again, and still same issues as far as that part goes. There seems to be serious issues with the software at this point (seems to be not only me now as well) with it crashing all the time, so im wondering if that has something to do with fan speeds. One time when I had to relaunch it, it did come back up and then allowed the fans to get to 1500rpm. but then the software crashed again and notta, back to 800. Ive also noticed sometimes the software allows my animated gif, sometimes it will for it back to the default stats image on the lcd. something very wonky going on since this last software update lol 😐

I failed to mention I did indeed do a custom curve, with all fans on max and still 800rpm. This seems to be the max it will run. (The presets should have been running faster since the cpu is idling with temps 50-60c which is another issue im looking into. I was really hoping to address the RPM issue prior to moving stuff around in the case. (Current doing push/pull on my top mounted rad, thinking about going to front as just push, but who knows.. if RPMs would normalize, might cure my heating issue as a whole. Currently the software just doesnt run long enough without crashing now to even care. I swear every time I defeat one problem a new one comes up with my corsair crap 😜

lol, yeah much more frequent now. I even uninstalled it all and all the asus stuff, reboot, reinstalled, reboot and just stupid now. about 5 times since my last post here.

Mine has been crashing everytime i startup my comp. and also while just sitting here watching youtube vids and other stuff. So multiple times a day for me. Noticed there was an update and just updated to current, and seems to be worse now lol. (I was hoping it would fix my fans issues. but nope)

I have 3 ml 120 rgb elites on my h150i radiator (push) I have only the elites on the h150i controller, all other fans on a separate controller. I have tried various configs in the cooling section, but I can only get 600(balanced)-800rpm(extreme). I have no issues getting my speeds on my other two computers, so curious if im overlooking something.

Odd reply times, I work nights and now it’s my days off so won’t be able to check until I’m back at work in a few days. I will only have the commander core after today as I’ve already boxed up the pro fans and XT controller since support would rather refund than troubleshoot. but that being said, the hardware I do have should work. I’ll check for this force option when I get back to work. If that doesn’t work I’ll just return the AIO and get a new one (may just try the controller so I don’t have to file hardware swap) If that doesn’t work I am jumping ship on Corsair. im sure they don’t care, but I do have 3 computers I replace yearly lol. All of them have Corsair coolers/fans/mice/keyboards/and ram. one even has that Corsair branded (msi built) 1080ti hybrid cooled

Oh yeah, Id also have to be super unlcuky on fans too if it was fans, because not only did the 3 elites not work in first 3 on core xt, but also the pros only first two ports worked with those too. (and 4 of 8 leds on port 3)

I hit power button, very quickly the first 3 ports light up and stay lit up. thats before any icu/window/anything. Just power. Nothing changes after windows loads. I have moved the 3 fans on the radiator from 1-3 to 4-6, and swapped in my other 3 fans to those ports. They do indeed light up proper soon as power is hit, 4-6 still nothing. So I can see all 6 fans work. Just never when 3 are on 4-6 ports. ONLY 1-3 ever works. edit: also only 3 ever show up in the 8 led thing in icue This was the same when trying the core XT, no matter what fans plugged into 1-2 worked just fine, 3 always had 4 of 8 leds lit up, 4-6 nothing. No matter the fan changes. So this is where i get boggled, because I can see all the fans are compatible with the controller and all the led's light up on the first ports. When I change fan positions, it seems more or less would go out based on the faulty fan logic and it working like christmas lights. If it was faulty, it would be broken no matter what port. I mean, maybe I am just the most unlucky person and got a bad core with AIO, and bad core xt?

Yeah My current setup is the AIO controller on one internal USB header, the LCD on a separate USB header. The commander Core that came with the AIO is only picking up 3 fans. I suppose I can buy another AIO just to see if its the controller which to me seems very unlikely, and then just return the old controller with the new AIO lol. (Im not going to be bothered peeling that off unless *maybe* it still doesnt work and decide to try the whole new setup.) At this point I dont care about burning corsair products to be sent back as used/refurbs since looking through a lot of posts here and reddit lately, service and quality really has seemed to dip. Something is fubar, and my guess is firmware since lighting takes place before OS boots. Once boot it changes to what iCUE loads. My other computer (Hmm, wonder if i can steal that controller and test lol....) runs that H150i with no LCD screen, and they all work. Both are amd rigs, asus x570-e gaming mobos. (the one with problems is the newer wireless6 whatever model) Man, if that controller worked, id almost want to run firmware update on it to see if it breaks the 3 ports so that maybe somehow some way I can bring it to someone that actually cares at corsairs attention lol.

Im not using the Core XT or any Pro fans now. Im returning those since corsair support didnt want to actually help, and just pushed me over to returns. So im returning them just cause lol. (I even said in emails back and forth id just keep the controller and other fans, wasnt worried about the money side, just wanted my stuff to work) But anyways! I bought 3x "ML RGB ELITE 120mm Magnetic Levitation Fans" which according to sales team should work with the controller that came with the Capellix H150i LCD. But, they dont. Only first three fans show up and have RGB. I know these fans are compatible, as when I swap them into the first three slots, they also work and light up. It just seems odd that the controller that came with my H100i only allows first two to use RGB, other 4 none. The Commander Core XT only allows the first 2.5 to work (yeah, only 4 LEDs work on port 3), and the Core that came with the H150i LCD only first 3 work. Surely there is a major flaw in production and quality control if I am that unlucky, or more likely: Something with firmware/software just isnt right. Doesnt matter what position I place fans in and do things, its always port based that doesnt work. Originally mine didnt work, but turned out I was dumb and forgot it had an extra USB I had to plugin lol. Ive unplugged all the internal USB and swapped and done stuff, no issues yet on that part of it since i remembered to plug it in! 😜

Tried to edit, but apparently you cant after a couple minutes. heh. Its worth noting that ALL the fans show up in the cooling section, but only fans 1-3 in the 8led series fans section. I can move plugs on any fan, and itll work as long as its on 1-3.

Bought H150i ELITE LED. Installed. 3 Pro fans didnt work, sales explained they dont mix and match. RGR that, bought Commandeer Core XT. Plug 3 Pro fans into that. Only first two slots on the XT work. Third one only shows 4/8 LED lights. Odd. Buy 3 ML120 Elite fans, I want the XT out of trhe system, too much clutter anyways. Slots 3-6 Dont work on Core. They all seem compatible because I can put them on other channels, and they are detected and shown as the right fans in icue. no matter what 3 I pick for first three slots, works fine. No others. Am I just super and unlucky and have two bad controllers? All fans do work if in slots 1 and 2 on XT, or 1-3 on core that came with cooler. I tried using the core that came with my other cooler (was a 2 120 fan one, upgraded from that to 3 fan LED.) but only the first 2 worked on that one, other 4 didnt. Opened a ticket but apparently you dont get answers with support ticket, just cookie cutter responses after they see the base problem. No other information taken into account. Then they dont want to trouble shoot it, so tell you to return the items. (Which is funny, since they are saying to return the commander core xt, and the 4 pro fans. which arent even the problem anymore. I dont care about refunds, I want my stuff to work.) The only reason I buy into the corsair ecosystem and rgb is because its supposed to be easy. Now its coming down to me returning 2 orders of stuff at corsair, my cooler and fans to bestbuy, at this point my frustration is yelling at me to jump ship, theres other options.

Didnt work for me. Nothing seems to be. I see in my icue plugin directory, asus with the vid card and motherboard pictures, and the dll, but nothing in the software itself. And yes, plugins are enabled. Im lost. and getting upset with what i thought would be easy integration. Also, asus software is bull in itself. installs like a virus and hard to get rid of meh.
