Hi I have an H55 cpu cooler, the old type with screw from the back of the board and springs and nuts to tighten from the top, not the plastic pins. Is this unit still usable, and could be used on lets say am4 or LGA1700 if you have the right spacer for the card? Or is this now just junk?

So iv got 2 sets of Corsair ddr4 memory, both 2x8: 1. Corsair vengeance lpx 2666 cl16. V 3.21 2. Corsair vengeance RGB pro 2666 cl16. V4.32 I am only keeping one set. As of far iv found the lpx might be micron b die, 4gbit. And the RGB pro Samsung c die. Feel free to double check since iv found this info it on random sites. I don't quite understand much more then the above, but it seems to me the lpx micron is preferable for oc etc? Also if anyone had tips of good settings for 3200 and above that would be fantastic baseline to start with to oc.

Hello. So im late to the party, but iv got an old machine and today i managed to buy some unused vengance pro 1600 chips that has been laying in original package. Total of 32gb, 4x8gb. I was hoping to overclock these since it seems people had good luck with these. But I cant get them much above 1700Mhz. I know my mainboard isent the best, but hoping for some help. It seems to me these easily should go to 1860 and maybe beyond 2000? My MB: Asus p7h55-m (standard edition) CPU: i7-870

So i found this free dusty K70 and cleaned up nicely. Works perfectly, aluminum body and great keyboard. But the spacebar has this anoying "twang" sound to it. And tips to fix it, ideally with only removing the button. Like lubing, material under etc.
