    it seems like this is affecting many users, (including me) can we get some kind of support article with the fix published? it is frustrating to have to reach out for help when this seems like a fairly common issue with the new software version. also can I get whatever fix is going on, I too have dongle version 5.4.99 and headset version 0.17.149

    Solved, In order to update the dark core, it must be plugged directly into your computer, not through any sort of hub, including corsair mouse mats and keyboards.

    i feel dumb just thinking of it now, but at first i didn't think it would affect anything, but i have my dark core plugged in through my strafe RGB. I thought it was just a passthrough but maybe thats affecting it.

    I do plug in both the mouse and the dongle, have the mouse switched to 2.4, and everything.

    I've seen the thread about updating the firmware and its not helping. i keep getting this screen popping up when i try to update my dark core. https://gyazo.com/2fe987930966f4cd26aa43c4b2ca18cf I have tried in every way i can to get it to continue the update and this screen will not go away. I am using ICUE 3.12.118. I'm extremely confused about how difficult it seems to be to update this mouse.
