  1. Anyone else having issues with macros randomly not working with this update? Lately I've been having issues with my macros just not working out of the blue.
  2. Unfortunately, that was a no-go. I even tried spinning it really fast while hitting it with compressed air, and the issue's still there. Looks like my next step will be to try and get a warranty replacement, after picking up a backup mouse :sigh!:
  3. So I tried using compressed air on the scrolling mechanism, and unfortunately the issue is still present, and if anything is even worse. I'm at a loss for any other potential causes, but if anyone else has suggestions, I'm open to hearing them.
  4. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll get my hands on some soon and give it a shot. Will post back here with how it goes.
  5. In this case, it seems that the issue happens more with slow scrolling, though it still seems to be largely random. It also could simply be that the random inverse scrolls are more noticeable when scrolling slowly. The issue is currently difficult to repeat with any regularity, but my biggest concern is that it'll do the same thing as my M65 RGB (start having only minor scrolling issues, get progressively worse and worse until it becomes totally unusable), so I was curious if there was any other reports of issues like this.
  6. Hi all, So I've noticed recently that it seems my Sabre RGB (the 10k DPI model) has been having issues with inconsistent scrolling. What I mean by that is that when I'm scrolling down a webpage, every now and then it will scroll up, despite the wheel moving down. It doesn't happen very often, but it's somewhat worrying, as I had to get a warranty replacement on my old M65 RGB for the exact same issue a few months back. I've already tried force updating the firmware, completely reinstalling CUE, making sure Windows is up to date, and different USB ports, but nothing seems to help. Has anyone else noticed any issues like this? I love the Sabre (and Corsair mice in general), but the fact that this seems to be happening on both Corsair mice I've had is a bit worrying.
  7. I've got the new Sabre with the updated sails logo and the 10,000 dpi Pixart S3989 sensor, and it does the same thing. I personally would hold out for a bit and see if newer CUE software fixes the issue. However, if you feel it's worth your time, I don't see how trying for an RMA would hurt anything.
  8. I don't really have any basis for this, but my best guess is that the fixes for little things like this are going to be released with the CUE 2.0 update, rather than patching the old software only to replace it with CUE 2.0 a bit later.
  9. I've confirmed the issue on both a Corsair MM200 and some generic Wal-Mart pad. LOD seems to be locked at about 5mm irrespective of CUE settings.
  10. I've just purchased a Sabre RGB, and I'm getting the same issue. Setting high, low, or medium lift height doesn't change anything. I too am running Windows 10.
