  1. @c-attack Thanks for the reply, I did wonder if the Commander pro was goosed, but I thought firstly I would do a totally clean install of iCue and see where that got me, so following the instructions for stripping it all out of various folders and the registry I re-installed.. and it's now working on the latest version, complete with fan speed controls, correct voltages etc. Only problem now is it was a pre-built PC all based around Corsair products and I'm not exactly sure how they setup lighting channels and what fans connect to what controller.. and they're all QL fans so I think have front and rear leds.. confusing! I'm getting there but still have some figuring out to do, but the good news is at least everything now appears to function as intended! Thanks for your help dude!
  2. Hi @c-attack, Tried deleting the widget from the dashboard and re-adding, still the same unfortunately. Also looked into removing the commander pro from iCue and letting it rediscover, but I couldn't find a way to do it through software, maybe have to pull the power from the Commander Pro (bigish job as I have to manoeuvre the case away from the desk to access the right side). However it looks like more than the dashboard widget, if I go into the 1000D commander > cooling I still get the full options for fan speed settings but if I go into the commander pro > cooling all I see are voltages, no cooling options / fancurve etc. Lighting channels are all working fine, and if I check for updates iCue says its on the latest version.. but all cooling is missing 😞
  3. Hi, not sure if this has been mentioned before, but I've just managed to get my Asus Mboard and RTX back to being in sync with iCue and while setting up my dashboard I realised the widget for the Commander Pro isn't displaying fan speeds any more, just voltages. I looked in settings but I can only see option to display voltages. My Corsair 1000D's built-in commander is showing fan speeds fine but I only have 4 fans running from that whereas the additional commander pro runs six fans. Everything appears to be ok, just not displaying the fan speed graphs.
