  1. I was going to edit my message to tone it down and correct my comment regarding iCUE since I misunderstood that, but I can't edit it. All day at work I've been dealing with this double-clicking mouse. During screenshares. During meetings. Looking like an idiot in front of people. Having to explain to them what is going on. CAN. SOMEONE. PLEASE. POST. THE. 3.11. FIRMWARE???
  2. I just updated my Harpoon RGB Pro to v.3.12 the other day, encountered this issue, have now wasted HOURS of my time troubleshooting it... AND NOW I FIND THAT PEOPLE HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS ISSUE FOR OVER A MONTH. Why is the firmware still being pushed if it's known to have a serious issue that many users are experiencing? I'm not doing all those steps listed above regarding iCUE. It won't help anyway. Why would it? The issue occurs even without iCUE or its services running. I've tried the "Force Update", and all it does is reinstall the buggy v3.12 firmware again.
  3. I have this same issue with a Harpoon RGB Pro, since updating to the v3.12 firmware. I just followed your advice but unfortunately it did not work. It's still using v3.12 and the issue is still present.
  4. Please ignore this. Can a moderator please delete this? I guess I posted this in the wrong forum? I created a new thread (link below) but now I can't delete this one. https://forum.corsair.com/forums/topic/172023-double-clicks-when-single-clicking-harpoon-rgb-pro-mouse/
  5. I recently began seeing this extremely annoying issue: The mouse double clicks when I am single-clicking. I'm running iCUE 4.14.179 under Windows 10 21H1. This issue occurs even when iCUE is not running. I have no other software that messes with the mouse. Since this happens with both the left and right buttons, I don't think it is a hardware issue. I've already tried removing all the "HID-compliant mouse" drivers and forcing them to be re-installed. I'm not sure the firmware is at fault, but I think the issue started after I updated the mouse to firmware v3.12. Is there a way I can obtain the previous firmware version so I can revert to it? I'm not seeing it available for download.

  7. I had only just installed iCUE--cleanly--it installed successfully, and I'm not inclined to repair the install. So the middle button double click should work... But it doesn't. I don't have other software interfering. I had used a macro to assign Alt+Tab to the back button (not the reverse). It would be bizarre if iCUE let me do this, but it's not allowed or is otherwise unworkable. Screenshot attached. I'm at a loss as to what this software is good for.
  8. I'm running iCUE 4.12.214 on Windows 10 20H2. Please see the attached screenshot. I'm simply trying to map the "Back" mouse button to Alt+Tab, and the "Middle Click" button to "Left Double Click". But neither is working--nothing at all happens when these mouse buttons are pressed. What am I doing wrong here?
