  1. Thanks. I didn't follow the forum much for a while, so I missed this
  2. Where is the firmware update that was said to be in testing phase weeks ago? We have been having this problem for months now, and by now it feels like this will never be resolved...
  3. Tried all of these, even though regarding 2.), I couldn't find any option like that in my BIOS. Either way, the problem still persists. My motherboard is the ASRock Z97 Fatal1ty Killer. I felt like the latest BIOS update from Dec 31 helped a little bit, though, and I'm seeing the delays less often at the moment. Still, they're not gone, so please fix this asap. Edit: Okay, I'm not seeing the delays less often, just was lucky for a few days apparently, since it's happening all the time again now. Hoping the new FW update is ready soon :sigh!:
  4. Ok, I just wrote to the Technical Support. Let's see what they say about our problem. However, in any event I would want to know if there's some kind of update on this whole thing. Is there any news on when/if you can finally fix the longer boot times issue?
  5. Well, time's passing and nothing is happening, and by now I get the impression our problem is being ignored, possibly because they can't find a solution... Really disappointed here.
  6. Any news from Corsair on this problem? It's been a while.
  7. I'm trying it. So far, the boot times haven't been overly long anymore (like 30 secs+) the few times I've booted, though they are still a bit longer than they would be without the keyboard plugged in. Edit: Ok, my PC just proved me wrong. Took 74 seconds again to boot this time... So the USB compatibility patch didn't fix it :/
  8. Ok, I wasn't 100% sure what you meant by system dump, so I did a Dxdiag. Is that what you were asking for? I've attached it to the post, as well as a photo of the mainboard legacy USB settings. DxDiag.txt
  9. I can confirm I still have delays on boot up with the new firmware. Just booted up and it took the system 72.8 seconds according to the task manager. Without the keyboard plugged in, it takes under 10 seconds.
  10. A reaction from Corsair would be very much appreciated :) Today it took my pc 2 minutes to boot... :sigh!:
  11. Is Corsair currently working on a fix for the long boot times? It's still happening to me too, very annoying. BIOS is up to date (version 1.50 from end of September), and it doesn't matter whether I plug in my K70 in two USB 2.0 or one USB 3.0, it happens to me with both. Mainboard is ASRock Fatal1ty Z97 Killer.
  12. Thanks man! That worked for me :) I can use my media keys with Winamp now!
  13. I can confirm that, my media keys don't work either. Which ports I use seems to be irrelevant to this, since while looking into the other problems I've tried both USB 3.0 and 2.0 and it was the same really for the media keys, they didn't work. However, they do work if you manually create the actions they're supposed to do and assign them to the buttons.
