  1. They've been in the shop for a while now? See the links posted in previous replies. Thought they already might be out of stock at this point.
  2. The black ones are here instead for those that don't want the white ones: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/corsair-gaming-pbt-double-shot-keycaps-black ;):
  3. Don't open it or you'll void the warranty. Your best option is to open an RMA ticket and get Corsair to replace it.
  4. The visualizer works only if you are using a Corsair headset (like the VOID) as audio output.
  5. That is the DPI led, you cannot change it as a normal led in the lighting effects tab. Instead open the DPI tab and change it there.
  6. It means that the keyboards will react to specific ingame events, for example when a bomb goes off in the game the keyboard might blink. Or a key assigned to a skill with a cooldown timer goes black and gets its color back once you can use again the skill. The game profile is basically coded in the game itself by the developers. Just lighting effects though, no remaps.
  7. That is not the SDK itself, but rather the game developers that added support for it. For example Blizzard recently added Corsair SDK support for Diablo 3, but unless the game developers themselves support it Corsair can do nothing apart from providing the SDK.
  8. They already try to deal with chatter at the firmware level as far as I know.
  9. Yeah, unless you have an hardware playback device connected (K95P or Scimitar PRO) the hardware profile option won't appear and it defaults to software profile. Based on your screenshot you have a "normal" K95 RGB and the "normal" Scimitar RGB, neither supports hardware playback.
  10. I second this! Even just it being a tooltip when you are hover the CUE icon.
  11. I guess I replied to the wrong thread, I don't really remember at this point :p:
  12. I think I saw someone making a thread to list all supported games. Not sure where it ended up going tough, I don't see it in the sticky ones at the top at least...
  13. The profile is implemented directly in the game through the CUE SDK by the developers (example Diablo 3 profile was implemented by Blizzard), there is no way to be able to adjust them in CUE.
  14. Could be, depending on the chipset the usb ports are connected to it could cause issues. For example asmedia usb ports are quite troublesome.
  15. You need to enabled ADVANCED mode (switch at the top) in order to be able to use the lighting effects library.
  16. No, it is not a widespread issue. On forums like this one you'll find mostly only peoples that post about issues. You will rarely find someone that posts to say everything is okay (and those would be the majority if they did post). In the rare chance you have this issue you can always RMA the keyboard and get it exchanged. I've had a K70 RGB and Strafe RGB for 2 years and never had an issue like this for example (both are brown switches too actually).
  17. Yeah, Win10 store games are a pain to deal with. You can't link them to a specific exe unfortunately. I also agree with basic/advanced mode switch, it used to be per-profile in CUE 1. I've been asking for this option back since I first saw CUE 2 :(:
  18. Maybe the game has a launcher exe and the main game uses a different one? There are some games that do that.
  19. The problem is not with CUE, but the with motherboard instead. Do you have a USB 3.0 port? If so try using that instead of 2xUSB 2.0. I also recall that there should be a setting you can try switching off in the BIOS to make it faster, I think it is called LEGACY USB or something similar (depends on the motherboard). Hopefully someone with the same issue can share here what he changed.
  20. Well, that was just a guess. Maybe they thought the 2.x manual would be ready quicker than what ended up happening? I don't work for Corsair so I can't really give any definitive answer though :p:
  21. The Manual was available in the downloads area before, my guess is that the removed it from there when they released CUE 2.x in order to replace it with a new one (which is not yet out though). A CUE 2.x download with a 1.x manual would indeed be confusing for new users downloading the latest version.
  22. No need to get it from a 3rd party site, the CUE 1 manual is still available in the product page under the FAQ & SUPPORT tab. Here's a direct link to it: http://softwaredownloads.corsair.com/Files/Gaming-Keyboards/Corsair-Gaming-RGB-Keyboards-Software-User-Manual.pdf
  23. Even if the idea was accepted, they can't comment on any unreleased/possible product so you won't get any update. The only way to know the idea was accepted is that you'll see the product released :p:
  24. Open the task manager and look at it, do you have any programs that are using a lot of CPU? CUE needs to keep sending data through the USB port to the keyboard in order for lighting effects to keep working. If your computer is using the CPU intensively for other tasks the lighting effect might look laggy/locked up.
  25. I certainly would love to get one too if it ever gets released. The more silence there is, the better I feel :p:
