if the indicator LED are blinking that usually points to a corrupt firmware. contact Corsair Support and ask for a hard firmware reset.

It retains the keys originally output along with the action you assign it. So Pause can be Pause and Space to pause youtube videos and media players. I didn't have much time recently so I wont but updating the guide till something major comes out.

The letters are for different regions or layouts. This means the PSU might come with a different plug head or the keyboard will have a different font and layout. I get that but do keep in mind that the K95 Plat is one of the most expensive gaming keyboards at 200$ and most people will never buy it at that price point. It's not going to make sense for them to produce another variant, and have an inventory of keyboards that are hard to move. Unless there is great demand for it.

Did you RMA the mouse with Corsair or return it to the shop?

Corsair does listen and gather user feedback but they do not discuss unannounced products.

There should be a switch on the back of the board that has a BIOS option.

There should be a little hole in the back of the keyboard which will allow you to access the devices firmware storage when you plug the device in. Corsair tech support will send you the necessary files and steps for you to perform a hard firmware reset.

You should be able to adjust this under the general settings page in CUE.

1. The K95 Platinum can only save hardware profiles to its memory. 2. The defaults profile is simply the profile at the top of the list. 3. Click on the Corsair logo to go back to the home page. 4. Unless you have saved the hardware profile to memory you will need CUE open to access any software profiles. I would recommend reding this manual if you are new to CUE 2 http://bit.do/CUE2M

That's all the can offer for the flickering keys. Its not something they can fix on their end.

That's bizarre. I'll follow up with a dev, but go ahead and submit a ticket with Corsair Support if you haven't already done so. They should have a few more troubleshooting steps for you to try.

It's not exactly a policy more of an as a company it doesn't fit their market. I don't think many gaming companies will help you with a KMV problem even if they did a test with a few KMV. They market themselves towards gamers for gamers and gamers first. I know very few gamers who go hey "I would love to game with extra lag from a KMV." And imagine going to your CEO and saying " Sir, I get that we are a gaming company but I need an extra 10% for my team to test all of our devices with KMS. It for out business users." Someone is getting chucked out of an office. :(: If they came out with a keyboard for business use and didn't test it with KMVs then I would get your complaint 100%. Also, there is a way to force the Strafe into BIOS mode. I forget the exact key combination. And yes their more expensive keyboards so have a switch but you got a Strafe...
