  1. I run the Pro on balanced not quiet and its still silent. I run my fans on silent though and you cannot hear anything. Cappelix looks amazing but the noise is terrible so had to go.
  2. They also said below, which is it? Can these units run silent or not? The answer is no at that speed, but there has been no update either from below either. When these were first sold they were advertised as with silent modes.
  3. This page has nearly reached 10 pages with complaints. They obviously know about the issue, the just don't care. Terrible, ill never buy corsair again after the lack of communication on this.
  4. you too! Thats the one im running and its been perfect, not as nice looking but quiet as a mouse :)
  5. You may want to check out this thread... https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=201029 Don't expect a resolution.
  6. I had 3 x 1200i from amazon in 7 days, after explaining every time about affected lot codes then said they understood and my new PSU wouldn't have the problem, guess what? the 2 replacements were in the affected lot codes and at that point I gave up. Went with the hx1000i instead and its be rock steady but shame on amazon. (uk)
  7. The lack of response is really disappointing in this thread, its obviously an issue. Maybe they are working on things in the background and cant comment or maybe not but to have no feedback at all is bad. (if it is a technical limitation on these pumps then just say so, so we can all move on, but then i suppose that may hurt sales $$$)
  8. Didn't they already lower the Lowest setting on the Platinum range , which uses CoolIT pumps? (unless thats what the mean by "older" pumps, but I think they mean the asetek ones.)
  9. Mine never posted to Bios , just restarts every 5 seconds. As an update, twice after speaking to amazon and promises I would get a PSU with the non affected LOT code, i was let down both times, that's 3 PSUs with faults. Corsair, I understand you don't have much control but it doesn't paint you in the best light. I've completely give up now on my hx1200i.
  10. Exact one I ordered from amazon! :sunglasse You have a month to test it out with amazon too to make sure you like it and its good for you.
  11. The only opes that have the Asetek pumps now are the h115i Pro (not the pro XT) Thats what I put in, the temps are slightly higher than the h115i Elite, and doesn't look half as good, but the noise is silent for me on Quiet and balanced.
  12. I have the Suprim X 3080 and yes, as far as I'm aware you should use 3 separate cables (although i have seen an official MSI video using 2 cables on the Hero X) You can buy single cables from corsair, they aren't cheap though : https://www.corsair.com/uk/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-%7C-Parts/PC-Components/Power-Supplies/Premium-Individually-Sleeved-PCIe-Cables-%28Single-Connector%29-Type-4-Gen-4/p/CP-8920243 Or you could buy extension cables from cablemod? Im sure someone with way more knowledge can explain about the output and cable draw capacity
