  1. There's only ONE firm I know WORSE than Corsair for providing info the help people FIX problems (Apple of course). They want us to throw "old" stuff away and buy new. Sure, I'll buy new but NOT Corsair if I know they don't give any support
  2. Corsair employee says All our keyboards have a BIOS mode for older systems. Depending on what keyboard you have it will either have a polling switch near the cable on the top or you hold F1+Winlock for 10 seconds and let go. THe Scroll lock indicator will blink when it's in BIOS mode. Except it isnt true... tried this on my K63 with latest firmware. No dice. Tried the "plugin with B & S held" that https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053198052-How-to-Use-a-CORSAIR-keyboard-to-enter-BIOS-mode tells me to try. Also no dice How does Corsair get away with FALSE statements that lead people to buy products to find they have been misled.
  3. Given KB by a friend but these keys not working. Suspect liquid damage but have cleaned it all anyway but no signs of spill. I think something must have shorted to give these related keys issues. Obviously I cannot see the top of the PCB as the keys are soldered in. The back looks clean. RGB works fine and iCue works with it fine. I dont think the "faulty" keys have a fault. Could it be one of the many (what look like) resistors on the back of the PCB? Any ideas? Can't believe Corsair hold ZERO tech info on their own products :-(
  4. Another guy posted same question and got zero response 4 years ago I'd like to be able to use my keyboard when It's plugged into the mains for charging. It hardly ever works - it is random if it does or not. I have a 2+A charger (not a connection to PC as that would confuse matters!) and need to use wireless mode as that DOES work with a KVM but wired does not. Why is it so inconsistent whether the damn KB lets me do what I want?
