wytnyt Posted January 11, 2014 Share Posted January 11, 2014 its standard policy for any business for the customer to send the defect in and the business sends it back,corsair does have a 30 day window where they will pay both ways. its unfortunate in ways but thats how businesses operate. you can call and get status of your rma which is the fastest route for you. ill also bring yours concerns to the mods attention so this can get sorted out for you.
