ShadowSociety
Does the blue back lit keyboard with MX Blue switches version of the Vengeance K70 keyboard still have the same issue with dying LED's as the previous versions of the K70 with blue LED's? I ask because I have gone through 3 RMA's on my current K70 with dead LED's and it has again experienced more dead LED's, and I am quite disappointed. The RMA process isn't so bad but having to do it so many times is quite annoying, would there be any way to exchange my MX Red version for a MX Blue version or return it altogether for a refund? I really do love the layout of this keyboard but this is an issue that bugs me too much to be left alone. Edit:A day after posting this 2 more lights have failed, my down and up arrow keys. ShadowSociety
I've been trying to get in touch with support, I put in a ticket 2 days ago and haven't heard a response. Guess I'm just going to have to call and hope for the best, and as I write this another light is starting to fade.
ShadowSociety
I was able to get a refund for my K70.... but processing will take over a month. So I can either buy the K70 with Blue keys or look for a new product entirely. Not sure what I should do since I loved the K70 keyboard but the dead LED issue was very off putting after the 4th time in a 6 month window. ShadowSociety
I actually did love the K70 so much I am giving the MX Blue version a chance, but I am still waiting for a rep to approve my return. I made a ticket in general inquiry, should I have made a RMA ticket instead for a refund? My refund was approved via phone by a representative but I have yet to see anything in my e-mail or the support website.
Toasted
@fvbounty Not sure, it would either be in the months April, May and June as that is Q2.

RealityBites1626863955
I thought the red K70s have fewer if not NO issues with dying LED? I have had 3 blue K70 keyboards and all have failed LEDs. I'm reading Corsair is getting this fixed, but then I also read many replacements are not of the new fixed keyboards and just same old K70 replacement keyboards. So confusing.
