Terrible service on RMA

My PSU malfunctioned and I opened an RMA on the 12th December (ticket number 6308268). All was going well at this point and I sent off my PSU and it arrive and was signed for on the 19th. I still haven't received confirmation that my package was received, no emails and nothing on the ticket changing except for the RMA status changing from open to processing 4 days later, after a phone call to customer services. After this nothing else happened and I have received no information from Corsair and nothing has updated on the ticket. Because I need my PC running for work I phoned customer service again on the 29th and was told that there was a PSU (a RM850) that was going to be shipped off to me that day and would arrive in 1-2 business days. However here I am today andy ticket still hasn't been updated, I've received no emails and I'm doubting that anything actually has been shipped to me. I was very pleased with my Corsair products while they were working, however after the hassle that has been this RMA I'm not sure that I'll purchase Corsair again.

Sorry for the longer than normal wait times. The staff usually gets slammed this time of year with the holidays. They were closed 24th-25th and also weekends.

 

Having said that you should be able to log back into your ticket and they should have given you a tracking number.

 

29th was Sunday , they should have been closed. Was if friday 27th by chance? Even so depending on when your ticket was processed it may have not been sent until the next business day. With the Holidays I would really give it another day or so. I also know UPS has been behind as well.

Yeah sorry about that it was the 30th not the 29th. And I appreciate that the holiday period is busy, but my main issue is not with the fact that the return of my PSU has taken a long time (although that is annoying as well), but more so the fact that I have received literally no communication from Corsair in regards to how my RMA is doing. The only times I have had any contact with Corsair at all, is when I have had to phone up customer services and have seen no progress despite doing so twice.
