No reply on RMA ticket for days

Hello,

 

I opened an RMA ticket on 12/26/2013 11:26 AM and it stated someone from corsair would contact me within 1 business day, however it has been 4 days and this is the 5th day and I still haven't heard anything from corsair.

 

My PSU is broken and I cannot use my computer at the moment.

 

Ticket number: 6331026

 

Can someone please help me out and look in to it?

i have sent a message to tech support on your behalf, they are not open as of this post yet but please hang in there.

in the ticket was the RMA approved yet? if so you can request an advanced exchange so they send you a PSU first and you send the naughty one back after. you will need a credit card to do so.

I've returned my AX750 and today I received a brand new AX760 which is very nice of corsair! :biggrin:

 

3 months ago I bought Professional individually sleeved cables from corsair for my AX750 however because it is not an AX750 I got back from corsair I cannot use the sleeved cables anymore and they are now already useless to me :[pouts:

 

I have to sell my sleeved cables and the only site where I can find sleeved cables for the AX760 I have now is from the corsair website and it's in US dollars and you need a credit card, I live in Europe where we pay with Euro's it will cost me a lot to sell and re buy the proper cables.

 

Is there maybe a possibility to return the brand new sleeved cables I have here and have them exchanged for the ones which fit the AX760?

it would be best to call Corsair regarding your sleeved cables,you can also call them using skype to avoid being charged for the call.

I couldn't find the right Phone number on the corsair website do you perhaps have the correct phone number for me?

 

In the meantime I just updated my Original ticket: 6331026, that ticket is still open right and they will see what I asked there in a while?

Hey, It has been a very long time and they didn't replied to my questions in my RMA Ticketnumber: 6331026 could someone maybe speed up this process here?

 

I also made a new ticket number: 6387028 because it looked like no one noticed the other ticket anymore.

Corsair finally replied to my tickets :)

 

They even agreed to exchange my sleeved cables for new sleeved cables which fit my power supply I got back from RMA, which is very kind of Corsair to do.

I just received them and I am very satisfied with the way corsair handled these RMA's.
