Even though I've been taking particularly good care of it after I RMA'd my first headset (see here: http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=112099) Like a lot of other people on here (from what I've seen), my headset cracked and I had to duct-tape it just so it doesn't fall off my head. I'm just wondering if I can RMA again or not since I technically bought the headset 1.5 years ago and I got my previous RMA about 9-10 months ago. Abel X17 Posted January 10, 2014 Share Posted January 10, 2014 I've had the same issue 3 times now. Headset was replaced twice already and the issue has now occurred once again. I've created a ticket and the RMA was approved, but being the 3rd time I have to send the headset in, paying $15 for shipping is undesirable. I've posted comments in my ticket but no one is responding to them. This is absolutely frustrating, I love this headset but this cracking issue is a real downer; and to top it off, I have been without a headset for a few weeks now.
