k70 dead leds

My K70 keyboard has dead leds. Every week has been blanked one or two buttons. I have done an RMA request, but I would like to be sure that sending my keyboard the problem is solved. This is because the shipping costs are my responsibility, and are not cheap. thank you

You could try contacting Corsair phone support and try getting a prepaid shipping label. If this was Logitech they would cover shipping both ways (they did it for my mouse).

 

Corsair missed a perfect chance to show customers they stand behind every product they sell. If lots of people report the same issue with a product. they should do the right thing and cover shipping both ways.

I also think so ... since it seems that the defect is in the keyboard and not the users, but for now, and since this is so, I need to have some certainty that the keyboard will be under conditions and will not need to send it again with the same problem
