Question about closing ticket

I put in an RMA and it was accepted, email confirmation and all that. Then I realized I had selected a product number ending with US instead of NA. They appear to be the exact same product, but not wanting to risk any issues, I tried to close the ticket so I could do a new one.

 

Problem is I don't know if by closing the ticket I actually stopped the ticket from going through. =/

 

Any advice on how I should go forward with this is much appreciated. I feel like an idiot for mixing NA and US up. :(

Closing an advanced RMA won't stop it from being shipped. Not to worry though, AFAIK there's not a difference between them except that NA PSUs are sold in Canada.

 

I'd suggest calling customer service on Monday to tell them that you'll be sending an NA back. I doubt they'll have an issue with it.
