Zatchi9 Posted December 28, 2013 Share Posted December 28, 2013 I put in an RMA and it was accepted, email confirmation and all that. Then I realized I had selected a product number ending with US instead of NA. They appear to be the exact same product, but not wanting to risk any issues, I tried to close the ticket so I could do a new one. Problem is I don't know if by closing the ticket I actually stopped the ticket from going through. =/ Any advice on how I should go forward with this is much appreciated.
