In addition, I have emailed Customer Support several times prior to opening the ticket and have not even gotten responses to those!! Are people even doing their jobs??? They're showing that your purchase was delivered to you a week ago, and that the tracking ID was emailed to the one that's associated with the purchasing account (which is different than the email address you used to register here and in the support system).
