I've asked customer service to look at your ticket. They're showing that your purchase was delivered to you a week ago, and that the tracking ID was emailed to the one that's associated with the purchasing account (which is different than the email address you used to register here and in the support system).


As for your emails, I'm not seeing any in the system from either email address. Not sure who you emailed.
