Toasted
Download the latest FW and SW update here http://www.corsair.com/media/cms/drivers/K95-setup-091913.zip Then run the firmware updater to flash the keyboard to FW 1.15. If you have already flashed it to 1.15, Make sure K95hid.exe is running in Task Manager. If not, go to the install folder and double click it. When it is running, the Firmware info listed in the information screen should display 1.15 instead of NA.

Toasted
Do you have any other gaming peripheral related software installed on your computer? If yes, uninstall it and see if you can get the software to read the firmware. It seems like the service cannot "communicate" with the keyboard. The keyboard doesn't have a download icon, but it sounds like you are referring to the scroll lock logo as that would be the only L.E.D. to flash on the keyboard. The flashing scroll lock indicates the keyboard is in BIOS mode. You can get out of it by moving the switch to "1" or a different number at the front of the keyboard. Maybe that is causing the problem?
Blurrguy
I tried it already (uninstall a gaming peripheral related software - Razer ) , it still doesn't communicate with the keyboard, in other words the moment l enter to firmware update box. I clicked the profile and press 'ok' . It still doesn't enter to the next page( the update process page ) Anyway to get help from the official corsair peeps help o.o ? Toasted
Install the firmware updater then head to the install folder. You can find the drivers for the keyboard there. Corsair\K95 firmware update\Driver\X86 or x64 Double click dpinst.exe to install drivers.

Toasted
You can select that .inf file as well. dpinst.exe can be seen when you browse to the directory using Windows Explorer.

Toasted
What's the error code you are getting? Are you using a x86 (x32) OS or x64? You can check by pressing Windows Key + R>Dxdiag.

Toasted
You have chosen the wrong .ini file for the drivers, according to the screenshot posted in #16 shows x86, x86 = 32-bit. You need to go back and double click the X64 folder as you are running a 64 operating system.
