dchadwick01
I realize support is closed today and I hope everyone has a good holiday. My question is why would a brand new, out of the box HX750 be dead??? I turn on the power and get------nothing. I have tried several different outlets, surge protectors and even power cords and still nothing. Is there something I should do before powering on the first time??

peanutz94
Is this a brand new build? Are you sure the PSu is dead? Have you tried jumping it with a paper clip? Please fill in your specs so we know what hardware we are dealing with .
dchadwick01
It is a new build as it is the power supply for a ASICminer Block Erupter Cube 30-38 Gh/s Bitcoin Miner. The problem is I don't know if it is the PS or not. Talk to me about the paper clip test? "Maybe you should pretend like you're talkin' to someone educated in the penal system. peanutz94
Just follow the Brief PSU functionality test found here. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=63991 just be sure to have a couple of case fans attached to the PSU so it can sense enough of a load to start.
