Ictinike
So just received my new 750D and was worried when I saw the front panel free-floating in the bag something was up. Here the front panel male pins and the female latches for the front panel are all broke. Pieces in the bag themselves and showered the floor as I pulled it out. I saw another thread just searching here while searching google and see this isn't something that is rare. What's the best course of action. On one hand I want to just shake it off and say that's how things go when you want to build a new system (the first big system since having my kids) and the other wants to scream to the heavens because something like this doesn't have to happen. I'm not sure if those latches and a new panel are even available or have to ship it back to Newegg and go from there :( Sorry, not a whiney guy normally but seeing this struck me in the heart after 5 days of waiting and getting all the bits and bobs in only to find that for right now, before I mount my new Rampage IV Black, I have to worry about finding a solution. Thanks in advance ~Icky
peanutz94
Sorry that happened Ictinike. Please use the link on the left to request an RMA. In the comments box let them know what parts you need and they will ship them to you. If it requires an entire panel then that is what they will send you. Please just be aware that this is Corsairs busy season and some parts orders may take slightly longer than usual. Same goes for a response to the RmA request. But i can guarantee you they will take care of you. Boy do i understand where your coming from. Unfortunately this time of year shipping damage becomes a little more prevalent. All the major shippers use seasonal help and some of them just dont care how packages are treated, just that they make it to a destination. Ictinike
Thanks Peanutz94 and I may likely do that instead of the entire case. We'll see how it goes and thank you for the info! That seasonal help thing gets the best of us, and it irks me to no end!
