notoriousicedte Posted December 20, 2013 Share Posted December 20, 2013 My RMA ticket was approved and i sent my PSU off via interparcel (ticket #6308268). According to the interparcel tracking, my package was delivered and signed for on the morning of the 19th, however I haven't received confirmation of this from Corsair, which worries me because I need my pc running again before Christmas. Corsair is always super busy this time of year and extended wait times can be expected. The 19th was Thursday,. Once the PSu lands there at the hub it can take a few days for it to be logged into the system, not counting weekends since they are closed. So really it has been less than two business days since it arrived and normal turnaround time is 7-10 business days You can also reply back to your ticket and ask for an update that way.
