TerryTibbs
Hey i think my headphones died but im not 100% sure. I was using them for a couple hours i pop out for say 1 hour then when i came back to use them i press on the on button and i was getting no sound. i thought they wernt syncing to the usb device so i did all the syncing up stuff and still no sound, I then realised once i press the on button the blue light comes on once then doesnt flash every 2 seconds. iv charged them to full the green light is on with the cable in and when i try turn them on the green light goes out and it flashs orange again as if its charging. If i unplug the power cable and leave it for a few minutes and plug it back in it starts charging as if the headphones had been on even if i dont press the button. Are the completely broken or is there something i am missing?
Toasted
Unplug the dongle from the computer and turn on the headset. Does the blue light on the headset blink every 1-2 seconds? If no, the headset may be faulty. Request an RMA to replace it.

Toasted
Unfortunately, you are suppose to write the RMA # on the box. If you have a tracking number you may be able to tell Corsair that it is your headset. As that number is usually on a label outside the box.
