2 months old M95 mouse suddenly dead

Hi

 

I bought a Corsair M95 mouse not 2 months ago and now it's suddenly dead. No lights on and no response whatsoever. It worked an hour ago..

 

I've been trying to submit a RMA case but with no success. I've identified the part number on the sticker close to the USB connector but it's not on the list and when I try to submit the number I keep getting a message saying "Please choose part number". I'm getting nowhere and it's getting really frustrating.

 

Can you please explain to me how I'm supposed to submit this RMA case?

This mouse is under a 2 year warranty and I would like it replaced as soon as possible. Thanks.
