Mark Johansen Posted December 19, 2013 Share Posted December 19, 2013 Hi I bought a Corsair M95 mouse not 2 months ago and now it's suddenly dead. No lights on and no response whatsoever. It worked an hour ago.. I've been trying to submit a RMA case but with no success. I've identified the part number on the sticker close to the USB connector but it's not on the list and when I try to submit the number I keep getting a message saying "Please choose part number". I'm getting nowhere and it's getting really frustrating. Can you please explain to me how I'm supposed to submit this RMA case?
