chriscasha
Hello, who do I speak to about my top 200mm fan dying? Thanks, Chris.
Toasted
Was the fan plugged into the top-panel fan controller or a motherboard port? If it was plugged into a motherboard port, and the case is less than two year old. Request an RMA and ask for a replacement fan. Make sure you upload a scan or picture of your invoice. Fan was plugged into a motherboard port. This isn't the first one I've had die on me either, the front one stop working as well. But in that situation I just went out and bought a Bitfenix Spectre Pro because Corsair doesn't make AF or SP 200mm. Also I'm not sure if I still have the invoice although I will look for it, do I need it to get a replacement fan? If so please tell me. Chris, I've already replied to you on FB and the answer is the same here as it is there. ::pirate:: http://corsair.force.com/ I put in a ticket, the number is 6319066. Thank you guys for the help!
