JKeifer
Two other recent reports of H80i thread issues besides yours. I trust Corsair will help you as soon as they can get to it. Can you give them a call?
paesan
I just installed a 100i and I had 1 screw do the same thing. I know it is not the screw because I tried it in another spot on the radiator and it worked. The screw hole in the radiator is stripped. Seems that this is a very poor design. Mine has to do with attaching the fan to the radiator and it is with only 1 screw, not sure if I want to RMA it for that.
Darkom
so im not the only one that has the problem with it
wytnyt
being the radiator uses very thin metal theres not many ''tpi'' and can be stripped but corsair will replace such occurrences by simply submitting a rma but of course during the holidays their gonna be quite busy but this can be speeded up by calling them instead of relying on email as then its first come first serve... Latharion
In the interrum, zip ties can be used to secure the radiator/fans to the case. The screw-holes sit above voids in the radiator, so zip ties can be passed through both screw-hole mounts and then through the case and fans. While it might not be ideal, it will get the thing up and running while awaiting an RMA.

Insomniack
Take it back to where you purchased it from. That's going to be far quicker and easier than doing it via Corsair.
