I got one response, asking me to upload proof of purchase. I uploaded my POP and havent got a response for the last week and a bit? Also, live chat is offline 24/7. Whats with this corsair? I need my ticket to be resolved asap, as this is a customer build and I am nearing 2 weeks of my ticket being open. Please help as I need this fixed asap! Thank you!
