RMA shipping problem.

so I had my second headset ship from corsair.

ticket 6279933

checking progress of the tracking #

 

Need 'return to sender' authorization.

 

not sure what this means...

then i get this message from ups

 

The receiver had no invoice on file and refused this delivery. / Returned to shipper.

 

great..so this means no before christmas return to me.

 

should have known something was up when i did not see a arrival date on ups site.
