Pristee123
I just got my air 540 and the HDD tray tab broke off when I tried to install my 3.5" hard drive at the first day. I've tried to open a ticket for the replacement and couldn't find the part number. It also wouldn't let me submit the ticket as well.:confused: Please help. Administrators Technobeard Posted December 16, 2013 Administrators Share Posted December 16, 2013 It uses the same HDD trays as the 600T. The part number is CC600T-TRAY. Hit the magnifying glass button to search for the part..

KrissrocK
I think something is up with their site... I'm trying today, attempting to put in an RMA. I can fill in all of the required fields, but when I select the issues that a part is defective, I get routed to the "ask a question page" the page that is being displayed has no "submit" button. The first day I was attempting this, there was a submit button, but nothing happened when clicking on it like I stated in previous posts...today, and yesterday evening, Im not getting a submit button at all... Toasted
"Ask a question" is the same as submitting an RMA ticket. Try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps. The submit button is working on my side.
KrissrocK
I got the ticket in with their chat support. The submit button would appear or disappear depending on your choice of problem from dropdown. SO if u chose "a defective part" the submit would disappear, if you chose some other choice...the submit would come back.
Astro1908
I hate to revive a dead thread... Especially since this is my first post. Earlier it was noted that the 600T hard Drive Tray was the same but without the raised feet for SSD's. I felt like corsair wouldn't have made special trays just for the Air 540 so I did a little more snooping on the website and found that 300R Tray was the exact same, raised feet and all. I couldn't see the feet in the picture but I ordered one anyway. It came in today and was the same thing, already mounted it after removing my broken one and we are golden. Hope this helps other people like myself that don't feel like waiting for a RMA when the part is only 2 dollars.

Friction
If anyone wants to buy some replacement hard drive trays instead of doing a RMA, you can find them at Perfomance PCs for US$5.99 each.
Lady Fitzgerald
Try a different browser and see if that helps. That suggestion gets a bit tiresome. A properly designed website should be readable by any of the major browsers.

The 300R in the Corsair store is the same tray and is only $1.99 instead of $5.99 (what's up with that, anyway, Corsair?). Also, Corsair's shipping rates are far more reasonable than Performance-PCs.
