Express RMA?

My year old PSU recently ran into some problems and now is prone to power surges. I opened up a ticket and had my RMA approved (ticket #6308268), but i need an express RMA. On the request RMA tool, express replacement was greyed out for my PSU. How come?



Edit - also i live in the UK, not sure if that affects anything.
