PR3D4TOR
Hi, I got a K95 and was very surprised when i read about the massive LED Failures especially on the K70. Also the K90 seems to have this issue. My question: Is the K95 using more quality LEDs or does this error still occur? Because if this still occurs i am definitely going to return this awesome keyboard. Thanks PR3D4TOR
Angrychair
yeah I'm wondering the same thing about my k70 if they've fixed them recently or not. I am too going to return this awesome keyboard before it turns into a pos and i'm stuck with it. Will have to look elsewhere for a cherry mx red keyboard, this is the best looking one out there IMO with the red led and aluminum frame, to bad its a lemon apparently. If there was a longer return policy I'd keep it and try it out but it seems they don't start failing until around 2 months, so a 1 month return policy is worthless. PR3D4TOR
It definitely is. I love the aluminium finish and the multimedia stuff on it. I think I will go with a Gigabyte Aivia Osmium. Good quality & also some of these multimedia switches on it. Still a pity for the K95. I am very dissapointed Corsair. I am owning a Corsair PSU, Corsair RAM, a Corsair Case, a Corsair AiO Water Cooling and a Corsair mouse/mousepad because i used to like your products because they were high quality most of the time. MihaiEU
I got my K70 last Saturday (odered mid november) and the first LED failed today. So, stay away from the silver ones.
PR3D4TOR
It seems that this error only occurs with the blue/white LEDs and not with the red ones.. have not read any errors about the red ones. Strange. Can a Corsair Employee please tell if there is a difference between the LEDs used (white/blue/red) Would be the least you could do. morriscey
I've had a 90 for almost a year and so far no LED failures on it. I pretty much only use it on low brightness as well.
