Gman72 Posted December 11, 2013 Share Posted December 11, 2013 I called Monday around 4pm their time. I informed support that I was not able to submit a RMA for Air flow fan online. He took care of everything on the phone and sent me a RMA request email. By 550 pm their time my request for RMA was approved.
