WakYasuk Posted December 11, 2013 Share Posted December 11, 2013 Hi, I made a ticket for an RMA last week (Dec 4). In that ticket, I added a comment, and I haven't received a reply yet. It says I should have received a reply within 1 business day. Also, emailed customer service on the 6th to see why they hadn't responded. Once again, no response. Please help! Ticket #6297289 Thanks!
