I have had every single component for a week now, except my power cables (the only part i ordered from this website). My account showed last week the cables had shipped and when they arrived today, it turns out they only shipped half of the order. So now I have a 24pin cable and nothing else. So testing my water cooling system is still on hold thanks to the fine folks at Corsair. When I called to ask where the rest of my order was I was told that it was scheduled to ship today, 2+ weeks after I ordered it. Given how long the first cable took to arrive it looks like I wont have my new pc together for another week. There are a lot of alternatives to Corsair parts, and I encourage everyone to check them out before ordering from Corsair directly. I did order some other Corsair parts from NewEgg and received them just a few days after I placed the order. Completely inexcusable that the worst place to order Corsair parts is from Corsair. We've been swamped with sleeved cable orders and some of those have been out of stock several times recently. Of course I could, but it was be a huge pain as my top radiator must be removed to get to one of the connections, and I dont want to drain the system and pull the rad out after testing it. Had the part said back ordered before or after I ordered it there wouldn't be a problem. Had I received any communication from you at all prior to receiving half of my order there wouldnt be a problem. Had the part not said "shipped" last week despite not actually being shipped I would have known about the issue a week ago, and been far less upset. Had any of these things taken place I would understand the delay. Since none of these things happened, I cant help but be very disappointed about my experience with Corsair. Its nice to know, and I'm sure its very helpful in many ways (like being able to answer technical questions on these forums which is great). However, when your running an e-commerce site you also need business men and women. Not to say that you don't have any, but perhaps you've put too much emphasis on system builders and not enough on professional business persons. Either way, my issue is basically over with and I appreciate you taking the time to chat with me. I mean no ill will towards you as you are most likely not the cause of my frustration.
