yagokurt
Hi, i bought a corsair vengeance 2000 around 6 months ago and then my first problem was they crack on sides, i contact corsair from brazil and then they said because i buy it out of brazil they dont give support for it, then i fix it by my self... And now start another problem the headset only work while is charging and stay with the light red all the time, if i unplug the cable the headset turn off instantly, and if i try turn it on without cable nothing happen. What i can do about it? Send a RMA from Brazil to EUA is a little hard...
Toasted
RMA's are worldwide. Not sure why they said there is no support as you bought it out of Brazil. Have you tried a different charging cable (MicroUSB)?
