CoppulChris Posted December 9, 2013 Share Posted December 9, 2013 I'm not happy customer right now, I purchased the corsair vengeance today from my local online retailer scan computers. I purchased the vengeance 2100 as mentioned above and straight out of the box I have the solid orange and solid blue light problem, which was such a prominent issue with the vengeance 2000, Sorry but I thought you would have sorted this issue by now, I will discharge them and recharge them to see if that cures the problem but to have an issue straight out of the box sorry that is poor quality control in my eyes, and as you make it so hard to get the headphones out of the box without damaging the box I would have returned these straight away for another manufacturers product. andyvee Posted December 11, 2013 Share Posted December 11, 2013 If you look at pictures of the 2000 / 2100 you can clearly see they have re-worked the problem area where they cracked . Whether it is fixed only time will tell but looks like they have increased the load area , anyways had mine for a couple of weeks now and so far no problems at all , would be nice to have a db boost for the mic as well as a level but software can be updated .
