Vengeance K70 Order Stuck

I ordered a k70 on December 2nd (order #100099341). It was on hold until today which it became pending. The billing address was wrong, I contacted support on the day I ordered and have not heard a response even though it said I would be contacted in 24 hours. The billing address should be Amy Mann if that is what is causing the delay could that be changed? Or else, what's going wrong?
